Copy options not persistent

The dialog that opens when copying files from one window to the other (F5 command) does not persistently remember the single options.

IDK about this.
Maybe we should make it as an option, but not by default, because it could lead to inconveniences.
For ex: you choose to overwrite all for one copy and you forget about it and make another copy and overwrite other files that you didn't want to overwrite.

We'll add this as an option though.
