In your case the problem is that you are running Notepad++ as Administrator and MyCo as a user and that's why doesn't work. In general this is available for every software not just MyCo. Please run either both as user or both as admin.

Sergiu In this case it will be much easier to replicate. Once it's fixed, I'll manage to test it on Samsung DEX
It might be the same issue, but I can't say on top of my head.
MarcoCecchi There is no issue here. You need to run both apps under same type of user so that drag and drop can work. As I said either both as Admin or both as normal user. Check my video:
