Ctrl+A after typing

You type something to filter files. The first ctrl+A does not work. Another keystroke is needed to select all files.

EDIT: this actually happens all the time

Hello,

Yes, Ctrl+A is now captured by the filter itself because it has the focus.
You also can move focus to list and then hit ctrl + A. This will work.

What keystroke do you propose to forward to file list while filter is active?

I’ll change this post to suggestion since this is not an issue.

maybe would it be possible to forward ctrl+A directly to the file selection option? The keystroke combination is fine, but it should not be taken by the filter, possibly.

Hmm, I don’t think this would be a good option, since then you cannot select all text from filter to delete it like you normally do in any editor.

Maybe ctrl + shift + a can be an option.

Anyway now you should only change focus on lister and then you can select normally.
