Renaming a file not done upon <enter>

Try this: rename a file, with F2 or whatever, when you0re done just press <ENTER>. Not always the file is renamed, and the cursor keeps blinking as if the key was rejected. It’s useless to post a video, as you wouldn’t see when <ENTER> is pressed.

We fixed the issue.
The character ' was in the illegal array characters. We updated the list of illegal characters with the on from MS:

Use any character in the current code page for a name, including Unicode characters and characters in the extended character set (128–255), except for the following:

The following reserved characters:

< (less than)
> (greater than)
: (colon)
" (double quote)
/ (forward slash)
\ (backslash)
| (vertical bar or pipe)
? (question mark)
* (asterisk)
