This is weird as with other file managers it works, and it should be nothing but responding the a usual drag&drop event. In short, when drag&dropping a file from the phone to windows in Samsung Dex the file transfer occurs normally (it progresses and eventually ends), but in the end the file is not present in the chosen directory.
